4. RETURNS

All deliveries made should be checked thoroughly. Failure to complete the checking of the Goods Delivered and the reporting of any such Shortages or Damages would be deemed by the that the Goods have been accepted and are complete and unharmed.

All Damages or Shortages should be reported within 24 Hours by calling or writing to contact@fmworldghana.com.

As a matter of course each and every order is photographed before dispatched as proof as to the contents of the parcel.

You are entitled to a 30-day money-back guarantee provided the bottles have not been opened.

We guarantee that all fragrances in full-size bottles are exactly the same as our samples.

Returns will not be accepted once the bottle is opened.

All notices you send us must be sent to the contact details on this site (link). We may give notice to you at either a phone call or an email message. (Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an email is sent)
