Our Customers Outside Accra (Excluding Kumasi) are kindly reminded that payment will be required before an item leaves our Warehouse. Your Product will be Packaged and Pictures sent to you. THANK YOU!

Please use a delivery address where you spend most of your time during the day. It’s best to use your office address as delivery when making an order if you are a full-time worker. Use your home address if you spend more time at home.

RETURNS

All deliveries made should be checked thoroughly. Failure to complete the checking of the Goods Delivered and the reporting of any such Shortages or Damages would be deemed by that the Goods have been accepted and are complete and unharmed.

All Damages or Shortages should be reported within 24 Hours by calling or writing to contact@fmworldghana.com.

As a matter of course each and every order is photographed before dispatched as proof as to the contents of the parcel.
